HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins 12:01 AM ET on 6/8/05 and ends 11:59 PM ET on 8/27/05 (“promotion period”). Enter online by Visiting www.reachbuyers.com anytime during the promotion period and complete the online entry form. Once completed, click on “submit” and you will automatically receive one (1) entry. Online entry form must be completely filled out and submitted before 11:59 PM ET 8/27/05 to be an eligible entry. Limit one entry per e-mail per week, household or e-mail address, regardless of method of entry. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions will be accepted. Releases (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage-due entries, or for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, for lost or unavailable network connections, or for failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico & where prohibited by law. Not eligible to enter are employees & the household members & the immediate families of www.reachbuyers.com., its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion & publicity agencies. This sweepstakes is subject to all Federal, State and Local laws. Entrants agree to release the Sponsor, Promoter, prize suppliers, promotion agencies & their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agencies & employees from & against all claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from or arising out of each entrant’s participation in this promotion and/or from the acceptance or use of the prize awarded. Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. Sponsor reserves right to verify eligibility qualifications of the winner.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: $100.00 awarded via a check or money order in the winner’s name. Any expenses not explicitly listed herein, including applicable taxes on prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize will be awarded & winner will be notified by e-mail. No substitution, barter, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Prize guaranteed to be awarded. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received during promotion period.

SELECTION OF WINNER: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 9/01/05 from all eligible entries received by reachbuyers.com., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final & binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

GENERAL: Potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone & will be required to sign & return an affidavit of eligibility & a publicity/liability release (where applicable), all of which must be received by Sponsors within 7 days of the date of the notification attempt, or the prize will be forfeited & an alternate potential winner selected. By entering, entrants: (1) agree to release & hold harmless reachbuyers.com, & their respective parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, reachbuyers.com. & each of their respective officers, agents, shareholders, directors & employees (collectively “Releases”) from & against any & all liability, claims, loss or damage of any kind, including, without limitation, personal injury and/or disability resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded; (2) agree to be bound by these rules; & (3) if selected as a winner, consent to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising & promotional purposes, (in any medium whatsoever, in perpetuity) without additional compensation (except if winner is a resident of ID & where otherwise prohibited by law). This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the approximate retail value of the prize.

INTERNET & TELEPHONE: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, & to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.
